How much does shipping cost?
Our listed prices include shipping — there are no additional shipping charges for orders placed in the US.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship the day after your order is placed, e.g. if you order on a Monday afternoon, your order will ship on Tuesday, etc. Orders placed after 4PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. If you need your order in a hurry we suggest upgrading your shipping which will result in a shipping charge.

How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent out daily via e-mail. If you have any questions about the status of your order, simply email & we’ll be there to help.

How are my items shipped?
We ship each case in a secure box via a major US Carrier.

My package never arrived
E-mail us at support@percolatetea.com. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve, though please note our shipping policy below:

Our priority is to make sure you receive your package in a timely manner. This means we release all shipments without signature requirements and cannot be held responsible for shipping errors.

You can help make sure nothing goes wrong with your delivery by:

  • Ensuring your address can accept deliveries; no PO boxes, no Army Post Office (APO) and no Fleet Post Office (FPO)
  • Checking your confirmation email to make sure there are no typos in your address details and that your unit # is included (for larger apartment buildings)
  • Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts; if your building is locked to outsiders (no lobby, mailroom, etc.) then to be extra safe we recommend calling shipping carrier with your tracking details and requesting a specific service (i.e. "leave the package on the front stoop, please")

Can I expedite shipping for my order?
All orders ship via ground delivery from Los Angeles meaning it should reach most areas of the US within a week. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following Monday. If you need your order in a hurry we suggest upgrading from our free shipping option for a fee.

Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship within the US. Order requests outside of those countries are handled on a case by case basis — e-mail support@percolatetea.com for more info.
